How we handle your data

The short version: we ask for an email so we can tell you if your side wins. That's the only reason. We don't sell it, share it, or use it for anything else.

What we collect

• Your email address.
• The 6-digit code you enter.
• Which side you voted for, and when.

Why we collect it

• To check you're a real player. The code confirms you actually play on the server.
• To keep the vote fair. One email, one vote — it stops the same person voting twice.
• To reach the winners. If your side wins, we email you about the prize.

What we never do

• We never sell, rent, or share your email with anyone.
• We never send marketing or newsletters.
• We don't run ads or third-party trackers on this site.
• We will never ask for your Minecraft or Microsoft password. No one legitimate ever will — if any site asks, close it.

Who can see it

Only the event organiser, through an admin panel that is locked to approved IP addresses and protected by a separate key. It isn't public, and it isn't sent anywhere else.

How long we keep it

Until the event ends and the prizes are handed out. After that the entry list is deleted.

Want your entry removed?

Ask the event organiser and your entry will be deleted — before or after the vote, no questions asked.
